All the staff in the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, we checked-in late at night but just after entering the hotel they helped us with our luggage, then Sakir gave us water and asked if we wanted tea. They upgraded our room and I thanked them for that. The next day the hotel's door lock battery died and Ogün and Shenol dealt with it very quickly and responsibly, fixing it in a few minutes. Afterwards Shenol was concerned that we had left something at the hotel and he made a special call to us. When I renewed my stay the next day, Shenol upgraded my room again, thank you very much! The four staff I met were all very welcoming and polite, each of the four people helped me individually (one of them I forget the name of or I may have misremembered their name), they greeted us every time we met and I was very happy to stay here, the cleaning lady greeted me very warmly and then asked me if I wanted water, a change of towels, if I needed tissues, even though I said I didn't need cleaning today, she still asked many times to make sure I was happy with my stay

Everything was perfect! The staff was amazing. We arrived earlier than expected and they made sure to prepare the room as soon as possible. The room was very nice and spacious with everything we needed. The bed was great. Extremely comfortable. The housekeeper changed our towels daily. The breakfast was also very good and diverse. Only a few minutes away from the main attractions, stores, souvenir shops, restaurants and from the tram station! It was the perfect location! Highly recommend!

Sarkir, thank you very much to you and the hotel staff for making sure my parents had a lovely stay and making them feel at home. Quick check-in process and we were all offered water and hot drinks. Rooms were spacious with walk-in showers. Especially happy the hotel had a lift to accomodate my elderly parents. Staff were very friendly and ensure that they guests are kept happy and attended to. Buffet breakfast was also very lovely. Located 2min from the main road/where the trams pass by.

location is surrounded by restaurants, shops and transportation service. Accesibility to famous landmarks is very convenient and so nearby. Services by staff is so pleasant and all are very helpful at all times. Specially the one who assist us on our bags (forgot to take his name) he is always ready to help once he sees you. rooms is so great for its price, very comfortable! Our stay in this facility had been a great experience and is truly recommendable! Thumbs up!

Very friendly staff with our family (2 aduts and 2 kids), excellent location, many restaurants nearby. Turkish style breakfast, fruit, yogurt and delicious jams. They kept our luggage for us for one night while we were on a tour, they took excellent care of everything. I would return for the price, location and attention of the staff.
